Notes:
Nebraska assigns three of its five electoral votes by the results of its district level voting; In 2008 its second district voted for the Democrat candidate (Obama) giving him one of its electoral votes. The remaing two districts voted for the Republican candidate (McCain), who also recieved the remaining two electoral votes for wining a majority of the districts.
One Minnesota delegate cast their vote for John Edwards in 2004.
One Washington DC delegate abstained in 2000.
