This map shows list of nations ranked by the medals won by their athletes during XIX Commonwealth Games 2010, held in New Delhi, India, from 3 October to 14 October 2010. The Commonwealth Games is an international, multi-sport event which is held every four years and features competitions involving thousands of elite athletes from members of the Commonwealth of Nations.
- Approximately 6081 athletes from 72 nations are participated in 17 sports.
- Australia again topped the medal tally for the 6th consecutive time with 74 golds & 177 medals overall.
- Host nation India emerged as the surprise No. 2 for the very first time in Commonwealth Games history, with a tally of 38 golds & 101 medals overall.
- Botswana and the Cayman Islands won their first ever Commonwealth games gold medal.
