CIRI: ER Index - Freedom of Movement

This variable indicates citizens’ freedom to leave and return to their country and to travel within their own country. It combines the Freedom of Foreign Movement and Freedom of Domestic Movement variables.

Scores of 0-2 indicates the extent of citizens freedom of movement (domestic and foreign).
